All sales are final. We do not issue refunds, partial refunds, chargebacks, credits, or exchanges under any circumstance — including but not limited to detection, downtime, dissatisfaction, accidental purchase, duplicate purchase, change of mind, or inability to run the software on your hardware.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate termination of your account and a permanent ban from all current and future Maze products.
Maze software is provided "as-is" with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantee that the software will function, remain undetected, be free of bugs, or be available at any given time.
If the software stops working, gets detected, gets temporarily disabled for updates, gets permanently discontinued, or causes any consequence — no compensation will be issued. This includes no refund, no time extension, no credit, and no replacement product.
You acknowledge that using third-party software with online games is against the games' Terms of Service and can result in:

We reserve the right to terminate your account, license, and access to all Maze services at any time, for any reason, without notice and without refund. Reasons include but are not limited to: violating these terms, abusive behavior in our support channels, attempted fraud, and chargebacks.
In no event shall Maze, its operators, contributors, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of the software. Your sole remedy is to stop using the software.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The "Last updated" date below reflects the most recent revision.
